Gratitude: How To Be Grateful Without Being Grateful
Look to your friends, family or partner and you will likely see someone that you accept as a part of your life.
They have been there for so long that they have become a part of it all.
You do not expect them to be there forever, but you also do not expect them to leave your life any time soon.
You have taken them for granted.
That is not to say you do not appreciate them when you think about it, nor is it to say you abuse them or are not grateful for them, but you do not think twice about them most of the time.
They are just there.
