Here’s How You Can Make Your Life Better When Everything Sucks
A lot of Self-Improvement will tell you that you need to do this one thing for your life to be better.
Books praise single ideas and coaches and therapists will encourage you to follow one thing.
This one thing is supposed to make your entire life better but that’s never how it works.
Books tell you about a single thing to keep the book in theme and to not allow it to get too out of hand.
They focus on one theme but that does not mean that that one theme is the key to everything, even though most books have to sell it as though it is to make more sales.
And most coaches and therapists tell you to do one thing because it either worked for them or the majority of the clients they have worked with, which does not mean it will work for you.
You are an individual that is so unique that this one thing may be complete garbage for you.
If you want to improve your life you must not rely on one thing and instead do everything you can.
You must stack your deck with so many positive cards that the chance of you drawing one of those cards is higher than the negatives.
When you change one thing it makes you feel slightly better.
