How I Would Respond To An Interviewer Asking “What Is Your Favorite Book?”

My favorite Book is ‘Think and Grow Rich’ by Napoleon Hill.

The reason being is that I’m not someone that likes to stay in one place too long. I’ll openly admit that.

That’s why I try to read books like this as often as I can.

Think and Grow Rich has given me a template for success that I have followed for years now, to a rather good amount of success, as you can see in my application.

And it’s not the only one. I read Books that teach me about how to reach success, grow myself and thereby influence those around me to do the same.

I know a lot of people come to the interview trying to justify themselves so you hire them. I’m not going to do that.

I do not just want to keep living the same life I have always lived, I want to grow, progress and get exactly what I want.

This job opportunity is a step along the path but it is not the end.

I will not stay in this job for long.

The only question is whether you will allow me to rise to my potential here, in this company, and support my growth so that I can support this company, or whether you are going to look for someone else.
