How To Accept Your Body When Struggling With Acceptance

Don’t just settle for your body either.

Acceptance does not mean it’s final.

Just because you accept that your body is not what you want it to be like does not mean it has to stay like that forever.

It’s not the end!

It’s merely an acceptance of the circumstances with no judgement towards the past or future.

You are as heavy, tall, muscular and hairy as you are.

Look, your body is the way it is.

But that doesn’t mean it can’t all change!

No amount of wishful thinking, fantasizing, or hindsight is going to change that in this very moment.

Basically: Accept what you look like now and then take action to change it!

Your skin color is what it is, your face is the way it is, your hair color is the way it is, and your nails are as long as they are.

There are options to change your body!

You can, in this very moment, see your future self looking into the mirror and smiling, thanking you for the actions you took today to get a start on a better body.

Of course you may not be happy with it totally or there are aspects that you may not like, but if it really bothers you that much then do something about it!

Training, Exercise, Hair Dye, Diet, Liposuction, even plastic surgery if you are totally unsatisfied.

And once you do, go and make the best out of it!

Now, you might not be able to change everything. I understand that.

But worrying about that or hating your body for it is also not going to do anything.

You are the way you are, for better and for worse. Nothing is going to change that so you might as well accept it.
