How To Be Happy Without Anything
Many people think that happiness is a result or a reward of certain things.
Fame, success, love, a big house, a fancy car, achievements, hobbies, friendships, family, etc.
Many people believe that each of these adds a significant amount to their happiness.
Or, in other words, the lack thereof causes them to be unhappier than they could be.
Because of this they keep searching and working and grinding, thinking that the next thing on the list will be what finally gets the cup to spill over and for them to reach everlasting happiness.
It is the pursuit of permanent happiness that makes things so much harder.
Money is the biggest villain in this.
For money is a means to an end, and, in this world, a very powerful means.
You can do almost anything with money, go almost anywhere and see almost anything.
Money opens doors for you, but the problem is that you still have to pick the doors!
Most people won’t become happier with more, because they are not happy with what they have now.
Adding more only causes them to have more things to ignore.
