  1. Make It Fun — Gamify your growth and it will become a lot easier. This can be easily done with gaming apps such as Habitica and the like. Or you imagine yourself as the hero of an RPG game that tries to level up, give yourself rewards for certain growth checkpoints, or simply try to smile with whatever you do. Anything and everything helps.
  2. Get Excited — Jump up and down in your seat, listen to music that excites you, tell yourself you are excited to become more curious and act as though you were a kid on Christmas morning. Fake it until you make it. Eventually you will learn how you can tap into your excitement and use it when you want to.
  3. Chase What Interests You — If you feel you should become intellectually curious about something then don’t do it. Instead chase only what already interests you, even if it is stupid. Follow your existing curiosities and they will likely take you on further journeys. You are already curious about some things. Expand on that!
  4. Spend More Time Being Curious — Put on some good tunes, close all other tabs and programs, and just spend some time being curious. What do you want to learn more about right now? Just allow your curiosity to take you on a wild ride for a few minutes a day. Set this time aside and explore.
  5. Try Jumpstick — Jumpstick is a great tool…
