How To Become Your Best Self In 30 Days

  1. Figure Out What YOU Want — You know what the world wants, but what do you want? What do you really want? Define what that “best version” looks like before you start.
    Create a detailed list of characteristics, habits and personality traits you want to see in yourself.
  2. Drop The Old Version Of Yourself — The old version of you got you everything you have now, for better or for worse. You are living a life that supports that version.
    If you want to change you must change everything. Make a list of things you used to do and put them in one of two categories “Keep” or “Remove”.
  3. Do The Difficult Things First — You know the habits I am talking about. Do those early in the morning. “Later” won’t come.
    Prioritize those things you wrote down in #1 and start with the most important one, regardless of how easy/difficult it is. Do not go on until you did it.
    Remind yourself here that it is okay to fail, be embarrassed or mess up. It’s about growing, not about being perfect.
  4. Give Yourself Constant Reminders — The reason it’s so tough to change is not because the change is difficult, but rather because you forget about what changes you wanted to make.
    Place Post-It Notes on your fridge and every door. Set an alarm on your phone to remind you every hour. And carry a stone in your pocket to serve as a reminder while you are out and about.
