How To Change Your Mindset: 4 Steps To a Stronger Mind
There was a moment in my life that was very dark.
I do not want to go into too much detail on it, but I will say that I am still glad I am here today.
Since that moment, about 8 years ago now, a lot has changed in my life and it was mainly due to me changing my mindset.
I went from being a quiet, shy, reserved guy that had many self-esteem issues, thought life was worthless and thought that everything he had done was worthless as well, to being a generally very happy person and a very self-accepting one as well.
I can honestly say I enjoy my life far more now and way better off.
But it took me a long time to get to this moment and it wasn’t without it’s share of difficulties.
Changing your mindset is not an easy task.
We all have very deeply ingrained thought patterns and beliefs that we carry around with us, often without even being aware of it, that affect our mindsets in every regard.
To change our mindset we cannot just try to adopt a new one, as there is too much else we are fighting; we also have to become almost painfully aware of the thoughts we are thinking about (more on that in a bit).
