How To Change Your Mindset The Right Way
Your mind is an intelligent machine.
It learns, grows, changes and adjusts based on the inputs it receives.
Every mindset, belief and even every thought you had is something this machine has created.
You sit at the control panel of this machine and have the power to program it to your liking.
You can make it a machine that empowers you, that feeds you positivity and optimism, or a machine that learns to adopt beliefs that will self-destruct itself eventually.
Your mind does not care about what kind of inputs come in; all that matters to it is learning from the inputs that do come in.
The issue is that very few of us actually take responsibility for the inputs we feed the machine.
It’s like we are sitting in front of a supercomputer we purchased at an internet café.
Technically, we are the person that holds all the power over it.
We own the computer and we are the one sitting in front of the control.
But without any safety, with no malware protection, no walls around our desk, and no passwords or filters, anyone else can put in their inputs in too, and most of us do nothing to stop them.
