How To Maintain A Good Attitude In Life — Be Like Water

Maintaining a positive attitude can be tough.

Some days are just bad, the world falls apart around us and with all the problems everywhere it only takes a single misstep to lead us on a journey down the rabbit hole of misery.

And sometimes, it’s even less than that that sets us off. A weird look by a stranger walking down the street, a friend nicely cancelling plans we had made, or burning your hand as you cook lunch may be all it takes for us to completely abandon our good attitude.

We get trapped in spirals of negative thoughts and make everything bigger than it has to be, only realizing this when we finally reset the day or when someone else shakes us out of it.

With that being said, maintaining a good attitude is difficult at best. To maintain one you not only have to establish but also fight everything else around you that tries to bring you down.

You have to fight the nay-sayers, fight every tiny, negative thing that happens, have to remember the attitude at all times and push through everything else.

Well… that is if you choose to fight.

My take on this today will be a little different. You’ve seen this take in action.
