How To Make Yourself Drastically Better In 3 Months

Tunnel Vision your life.

Take out a sheet of paper and write down everything you are currently doing.

From picking your nose in the morning to the work you do at your job to the time you spend on the toilet to the experiences you share with your family.

Write down everything.

Once you have it all written down, Make. A. Cut.

Cut out everything but ONE thing.

Out of all of the things you are doing, out of everything you’re spending time on, what really matters?

Everything else you are doing is taking your energy and time away from what really counts and what really makes your life more amazing.

Focus every free, waking moment you have on just that one thing that truly matters!

If you could only pick one thing to become better at, to change about yourself or to improve upon, what would it be?

Don’t consider what might be more useful or what might be better in the long run, but only what you want to change right now!

What’s your deepest desire? Work on only that.

Now, while this is the fastest and most drastic way to better yourself, it is also one of the more unrealistic ways.

Not all of us can afford to spend every waking moment on one thing; the sacrifices we would have to make are simply too great.

The point here is to cut out everything you can that does not matter.

If you do not ABSOLUTELY have to do it, DON’T.

You can still eat, take showers, work, and spend time with your family, but cut it down to the bare minimum.

Not the bare minimum that is possible, but rather the bare minimum you feel comfortable with.

You might have to play around with that for a bit but keep your main focus every day on the thing that matters.
