Stop looking towards tomorrow, next week or next year and just focus on now.

Let everything else go.

What can you get done in the next 10 minutes?

What could you do to get ahead, to work, or to learn?

Focus on only those 10 minutes!

Tomorrow is a new day.

It’s a challenge that hasn’t come yet.

For better or for worse, tomorrow isn’t here!

And if you procrastinate now that doesn’t mean you will do more tomorrow.

Right now you can do something, so focus on just that. What can you do NOW?!?

I want you to slow down your thoughts.

To take a breath and ignore the things going on all around you and work on what really matters here in this moment.

Do not look at the time of the day, at the messages you received or at how bright it is outside.

Completely lock yourself in and figure out what you can do now.

Let time pass, let everything around you fall away, and focus only on the next 10 minutes.

That is how you stop procrastinating.
