How To Work 10+ Hours A Day Without Burning Out

This is quite the difficult endeavor you are attempting. Therefore I have to give you a couple words of caution first.

Working 10+ hours a day can be very dangerous. E-sports teams are currently adapting to this. The Players have to work 8 hours a day, plus practice on their own time, all while moving around a lot and that at a very young age.

That is why E-sports teams are currently investing in Psychologists to be there 24/7 and ensure that the players can handle the stress.

There are still ways to do it without the need of someone by your side. But even the most successful people usually have a Life Coach or someone else that they get to talk to every week so they do not get burned out.

That being said be careful when getting into this, as you alone will have a much higher chance of burning out which can lead to a lot worse things in the long run.

What you have to do is practice, day by day and slowly adjust to it. Anything else requires the help of someone from the outside, either a Life Coach or a Psychologist.

Long story short, here are the tips to get you ready for 10+ hours of working a day:
