I know where you are coming from, and yes.
The problem is that a "full life" should mean living every moment the best you can (AKA: Giving 110%). The issue with that: It's not possible or even feasable.
We can only live about 80% fully every moment and need to be okay with that in most areas, but should aim for 100% in at least some.
And suddenly, as you can see, the whole thing gets very complex.
It's not so much about being terrified of not doing it, but about recognizing you do not have time to do anything that you are not totally committed too. You are too old not to do what makes you feel alive.
