  1. Schedule Your Time — Including Joyful Activities, schedule everything to be able to take control over your day.
  2. Fill Your Calendar To The Brim — White Space on your Calendar is time you will waste in >90% of the cases.
  3. Recharge Effectively — Most activities do not recharge you. Keep close attention to what makes you feel better afterwards.
  4. Prioritize Your Tasks — Often we do the things that are less important but easier, which make us feel less productive at the end of the day.
  5. Do The Hardest Thing First — It sets a great tone for the day. The first 2 hours of the day are the most important ones
  6. Get Up Early — Everything you do before the world wakes up will make you feel more productive.
  7. Make It A Habit — If you set certain hours in the day as ‘productive hours’ and work during that time period every day they’ll carry you through the worst days.
  8. Keep A Clean Environment, Desk & Desktop — The less is distracting you or in your field of view the more of your brain power can be allocated to the things that matter.
  9. Smile & Sit Up Straight — ‘Motion creates Emotion’ says the Embodiment Theory. Test it yourself. The more space you take up and the wider you smile the better you feel.
