It is directed at people trying to find something or someone else to blame. No one can do it for you, no matter what happened, you are responsible now (as you said).

There are exceptions to every rule, and a line that needs to be drawn for a certain age and a certain mental awareness (which may be inhibited due to various disorders/diseases).

But, rather than drawing that line, I kept it simple to be able to direct it at most of my readers.

That being said, if you can find a way to take responsibility and consider yourself at fault for being there, you will create the best setting for actions.
