Life Sucks: How To Move Forward When You Feel Apathetic Towards All Of Life
Most of this apathy is coming from you not doing anything at all, which is a bit paradoxical in itself.
You are not doing anything, creating a lack in reinforcement making you feel nothing which then does not inspire you or motivate you to do anything so you don’t.
For you to get some joy back in your life you first have to decide on something to do. Whether or not it is fun doesn’t matter for now, but chose something to work on, improve in or something that you can invest in.
The best thing would be if you did it every single day, but for now anything works as long as you work on it consistently.
Your life feels meaningless because you are not giving it any meaning. That is the most simple and accurate truth.
Most likely you are spending your entire day with “time-killer” activities, trying to get by but not really doing anything of value for you or anyone else.
You play video games, watch series on TV or Netflix, read a lot of fictional stories or even just spend your time on your cell phone apps.
Now, I am not saying these activities are all bad, but you are using them in a way that is making you become utterly apathetic towards life!
