There are many who say, that if you want to reach success you have to rise early, and there is a truth to that.

Rising early has a higher potential to get your day started stronger, which creates a pattern for the rest of the day.

Self-Improvement has the rule of thumb that what you do in the first 2 hours of the day determines how the rest of your day goes.

If you wake up before the rest of the world to get some work done, that is not only motivational, but it sets the tone for the remainder of the day.

If you hit the snooze button, on the other hand, then it is likely that your day will be a very procrastinating day.

The problem is that you have to rise early and get to bed early, which often results in missing out various evening-time opportunities for the sake of your physical well-being.

There is a certain peace in the early hours of the day that disappears as soon as the world wakes up; usually around 3–6 a.m.

When you start your work day that early, be that as a student, CEO or working a regular job, you will find that you can get things done easier as you have more energy in the day.

Having made less decisions by this time your mental energy pool is still full, there is less stress…
