Most of these tips are great and I’ll definitely apply them.

Something that helped me was taking your first one a bit further and diving into that fear. Going as deep as you can and then saying “What now?”

Ex: “I am afraid of other people laughing.” — Alright, what would happen if they laughed at me EXTREMELY hard? What then?

When that happens going deeply into how you would solve the situation greatly helped me become calmer, because I knew how to handle the worst case scenario, anything that was not that bad was even easier.
