My Schedule After 6 Years Of Trial & Error

6:00 a.m. — My natural light alarm clock turns on, creating a room of bright light and chirping birds as the automatic cat feeder starts it’s first cycle in the background.

6:05 a.m. — My partner and I get up and go to the kitchen to make a Tea for her and coffee for me.

6:10 a.m. — We go outside on the balcony and sit on our rocking chairs and start an Affirmations video.

6:30 a.m. — The second alarm rings: Time to get ready for work. She heads into the bathroom to get ready while I put on my workout clothes and begin jumping rope. [The workout is skipped on Tuesday’s & Thursday’s as I have a client call at 7 a.m.]

6:50 a.m. — After the warm-up I go to the kitchen to make her a Tea-To-Go and then go to do my stretches.

6:55 a.m. — I kiss my partner goodbye and continue my stretches.

7:10 a.m. — Around this time I’m done with my stretches and will do a light workout (usually upper body push-ups and pull-ups).

7:20 a.m. — Cool down & then getting ready for my day.

7:50 a.m. — I am now showered, cleaned up, and ready to start my day. I make myself a coffee and breakfast (Usually Greek Yogurt with Nuts and a Banana) and head to my office to start writing or to prepare for calls depending on the…
