Overcome Your Fear Of Failure: A Take On Fighting Fear

You will always fail.

Not right away, not consistently, but before long you will fail.

It may not be in something big, it may not even be important, but it may be something that you notice or someone else, and even though there will be failures you can bounce back from, others you cannot.

Failure, and even more so fear, are constant companions, and things you will never cease to experience as long as you live.

But it is not about overcoming either once and for all, it’s not about being brave enough to face it all right away or becoming good enough never to fail again.

All you need is the courage to take another step and the self-belief to try another time.

“Courage is not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.” — Nelson Mandela

It’s in every moment that you do fail that you have a chance to rise again and show that you have overcome the failure, and in every moment that you are terrified that you are given an opportunity to be courageous and triumph over the fear.
