Remember What You Read — 5 Tips To Retain Information
Do you ever go to work not wanting be there at all?
For some reason your day just starts off bad and you wish you could stay home.
But, for better or for worse, you force yourself out of bed and begin to make your way to work.
Now time may pass quickly or it may pass slowly depending on how invested you can still get in what you need to do, but what will rarely happen is that you remember that day.
All that you remember was that it was not fun.
Alternatively, do you remember a work day that was fantastic?
For some reason your day just started off amazingly and you could not get enough of the day.
You almost jump out of bed, make your day to work and just have a great time.

Maybe not all of it, but enough details that stand out.
Reading is kind of like that too.
If you force yourself to read something you have no interest in, if you cannot invest in the reading or are reading something just because someone else told you to read it then the chances that you remember it will dwindle drastically.
