Remove “Should” From Your Life
There is a certain guideline for you to follow: Go to school, get a job, get married, have kids, retire, die.
This is the accepted way to live life, and what everyone should go through.
It is what you hear on TV, what your friends do, and what your family, teachers and role models tell you to do.
The entire world is based on this idea of how you should lead your life, but the truth is that no one can tell you what you should and should not do!
What most fail to see is just how deep this goes, for it is not just how you should lead your life, but also how you should feel during it all.
The world does not only tell you the actions you should take but also the emotions you should and should not have.
Listening to that is the single biggest mistake you can make when it comes to life, because it leads to a loss of goals, surrendering your dreams and being unhappy.
When you think you should feel a certain way you are denying the emotions you actually feel inside, often blaming them instead or thinking of them as negative if they are not what you should feel.
This is what causes most of your stress, which you obviously want to change.
