The limiting resource to your own personal success is energy.

You only have so much energy to do what you want in the day.

Without enough energy you will neither feel motivated nor ready for the work that is to come, and you will limit yourself in procrastination and distractions.

Your energy is divided up in motivational energy, physical energy, emotional energy, and mental energy, all of which you use throughout the day.

Every choice drains at your motivational energy, every moment of moving drains your physical energy, every bit of boring work your emotional, and every thought your mental energy.

Throughout the day you use up most of the energies you have in the same way you would empty a water bottle.

You use the energy and it gets only recharged once you take a long rest.

This is why you find it generally harder to do things in the evening and why you will always need to rest sooner or later.

Limiting unecessary energy outputs, or maximizing its efficiency, is the way you best succeed in life.

If you have more energy for tasks that matter and/or simply have more energy throughout the day for anything you will find yourself closer to your own version of success.
