Don’t try to make Self-discipline about some unchangeable characteristic. This has nothing to do with Biology, Genetics or nature.
Self-discipline is an acquired trait, like almost any other characteristic is! Even psychology knows that most personality tests are temporary guidelines rather than consistent facts.
Self-discipline falls under this category of being something that can be learned, trained and applied by literally everyone! Take responsibility for your lack of self-discipline instead of giving some stupid excuse why you cannot possibly achieve it for yourself because of Biology, Genetics or nature.
And to be completely honest, there is no secret.
Self-discipline is not something that you just ask for and receive. There is no cheat code you can type in somewhere that will level up your skill in it to the maximum. Even the person that goes to gym every morning at 6 a.m. like clockwork developed this discipline over a long time period. I can guarantee you they didn’t do it right away.
