Smart vs. Hard —Why Are You Not Getting The Results You Want & How To Be Smarter In Your Work
Many people consider themselves to be hard workers.
They go into their work, grind out the hours, maybe even put in overtime, and end up feeling pretty good about themselves.
Yet, many of those people also feel like they are not being rewarded as much as they should be given the amount of hard work they’ve put in.
This can be true for their workout, their job, or life overall.
The reason for this is because they are not working smart.
But what is the difference?
How can you work smarter rather than harder?
Let’s say you run a business.
That business is doing quite well but you have to do a ton of work to keep it going. You pour in at least 70 hours every week, often times 80 or 90.
With that amount of effort the business barely succeeds, but you keep thinking it is not worth it.
I’ve had many clients that talked to me about this problem or ones with a similar theme, and every time we had to look into the day-to-day; What are you actually doing with those 70–90 hours?
