  1. Getting A Dog — A dog will force you to go on walks at least a few times a day. If you do not like dogs or cannot get one now, then still try to go out at least once a day to take yourself for a walk!
  2. Cardio — Ideally you try to break a sweat once a day. Do some physical exercise like going for a run, swimming, or even taking a brisk walk.
  3. Drinking More Water — While 2L is the recommended amount, if you do any physical exercise, or want to get healthy and stay fit, 3–4L will do you better. Just make sure not to go too far beyond that.
  4. More Chicken, Less Red Meat — It’s an easy change that is much healthier at not much of a difference in taste. If you can cut out meat altogether that will be an even healthier option.
  5. Meditation — Stress is the cause of a lot of physical ailments as well. Remove some of this from your life by meditating at least 10 minutes a day.
  6. Sunshine — Sunlight gives us necessary feel-good hormones and vitamins. Let the sun into your home, go outside when the sun is shining or at least by yourself a lamp that creates artificial daylight to increase your mood and immune system.
