In Psychology there is a thing known as the ‘Embodiment Theory’, which states that the body influences the mind, and, like Tony Robbins says: “Motion creates Emotion.”
Many people try to get motivated first.
They want to feel amazing, want to feel driven, passionate and like they can take on the world before they start anything.
But it is in waiting that they create emotions that match their actions.
They linger on the couch and become apathetic, spend all day in front of the PC and wonder why they can barely get motivated to get up, and sleep in day after day and then wonder why they are always tired.
If we follow that theory it becomes clear.
