Stop Looking for Reasons to Do the Work

Just sit down and do it.

If you choose to do it then do it, regardless of what reason you have or do not have.

Your choice is the only thing that matters, you just have to make it!

Who cares about the goal? Who cares about your why? Who cares about whether or not you should?

If you picked this path then follow it!

Too many people in today’s society get so lost in striving for motivation that they loose the purpose of that motivation.

They want to feel good all the time before they start doing anything, and that simply does not get things done.

Look, we all have bad days. If you let those stop you from your work then you will never go nearly as far as you want to.

Instead, set an alarm, set a reminder, and then just do it.

Get that awareness going so that you do not need the motivation.

Try this now.

Simply say: “In this moment, I choose to work. I choose to get this done. And I do not need any reason. This is my choice. And I choose to do this now.”

You can use a variation of that, it is merely an example, but the point is that you make an active choice to try something.

Pick a path for yourself and follow through with it. The motivation will FOLLOW.

Keep investing, keep pushing yourself and simply make a choice.
