- Catch Your Mind In The Act — Catch the negatives whenever you notice them and then replace them with better thoughts.
- Choose Your Battles — The world sucks. If you really look at it there is way too much negativity everywhere. But that is because there are almost 8 billion people in this world. You cannot fight every battle they create. Choose which fights to fight and leave the rest behind, for you cannot win them all.
- Look For The Positives — We believe what we see, but we also see what we believe. This means that if you actively look for more positivity you will find more.
- Choose Which Thoughts To Have — The thoughts you have structure how you see the world. Choose to think certain thoughts and more thoughts like it will appear, which will then change the actions and emotions that you have.
- Reward Yourself More Often — Every step you take, no matter how small, is still a step. Reward yourself for the small victories for they are many and everywhere along the way.
- Empower Your Actions — Ask yourself what you CAN change and then change that. You cannot change everything but you can always change something.
