Stop Rejection Before It Starts
If you’ve ever been rejected you know it hurts.
It hurts to put yourself out there, even if just a little bit, and be denied by someone else for whatever reason.
Most of the time, our minds make up a reason, giving an explanation that is plausible but not the truth.
It’s these plausible thoughts that then either make us put ourselves out there more often or not at all.
For some of us this goes so far that our mind creates scenarios in which we are rejected before we even try.
If you are one of those people that feels rejected before you even try then you are likely not going to be someone that feels very confident.
Your mind has trained itself to give you a million reasons for why you may be worthy of rejection and, with no counter to it, you believe it, feel it and, eventually, embody those reasons.
Confidence seems like a far off dream.
But it does not have to be.
There are a few ways to look at this problem that I would like to give you, as well as a way to re-train your mind.
You do not have to stay stuck with a life of low or no confidence; that is a choice you are making.
