What days come the easiest to you?

What is it about those days that makes it easier than others?

Or, what about the days that are hardest? What makes those so hard?

When you try to recall the easy days you will likely recall days in which you felt free to do what you wanted to do.

They were good days in which you had no agenda or To-Do list.

It was likely a Saturday a long time ago, or a beautiful vacation day in which you had nothing planned.

You did not have to force yourself to do anything on those days because there was nothing to work towards.

All you had to do was enjoy the day.

Yet, when you think about it, the truly best days, even out of those great days, were days in which you still got something done.

Yes, the days in which you did nothing felt great, but the days that truly felt amazing were days where, whatever you had to do just flowed.

There was no resistance, no second-guessing it, and you were so zoned in that you likely did not even notice time flying by.

That attitude is what made it easy, and, likely, what made you produce far more than on days you “tried”.
