- Smile — Force yourself to smile at random as a smile can rarely be wrong! Smile just for the sake of smiling!
- Watch Comedies Or Funny Videos — Force yourself to laugh or at least give a bit of a chuckle to get into the habit of laughing more.
- Dance — Moving your body has great effects on your emotions, dancing as though nobody is watching is a brilliant start.
- Be Stupid — Not in the intelligence kind-of-way, but rather in the acting weird, unique and dumb humor, kind-of-way. Essentially: Allow yourself to act however you want to act; especially if it seems stupid.
- Get An Adrenaline-Rush — Go Sky-diving, conquer a fear, or step far outside your comfort zone. The pride you feel after will make you feel much better.
- Enjoy Ridiculousness — Horrible puns, purposefully overdramatizing events, and watching Slap-stick/Parody movies can be great if you allow yourself to enjoy those for what it’s worth. Shake your head, smile, and enjoy.
- Hide Money In Winter/Summer Clothes — Likely you won’t remember that you put it there last Winter/Summer and when you wear those again you might smile as you welcome the pleasant surprise.
