- Reflection — Reflect on your day: What went well? Why? How can you improve on that tomorrow? What did not go well? Why? What change can you make so you do not repeat that tomorrow? Follow each Reflection with a list of actions you will take tomorrow.
- Goal Setting — Set your sights on your goals and remind yourself of these every day. They should be everything you want. Hang pictures up, create triggers, and set reminders for multiple times throughout the day.
- Scheduling Your Time — If you can learn to control the 24 hours in your day, you will get the most out of your life. Scheduling your time effectively means making time for everything that is important to you. It does not mean being productive for the entirety of the day, but means organizing it in such a way that you feel fulfilled.
- Prioritizing — You have certain things in your life that are more important than others. If you chose to do something of a lesser priority instead of something of a higher priority, you will always feel bad, and vice versa. To make better choices in your day you must learn what you value by heart.
