1. Get busy.

The busier you are the better you will fare.

If you have a daily schedule or a planner you will know that there is a lot of spaces to fill in, and a lot of time that get’s wasted otherwise.

When I ask my clients to tell me about their week in detail, and write down how many hours they spend on what, they still end up with over 24 hours unaccounted for.

That is with sleep, eating, bathroom breaks, and a 2 hour movie a day already accounted for

If you can fill every single slot with something to do (it doesn’t have to be productive, and in fact, it shouldn’t be) then you will be more productive than anyone else because you will be controlling your time.

To check whether you are busy enough or not, consider the length of your bathroom breaks.

If you are busy with better things then you will keep these short, if not, then it means that you value sitting on the toilet more than the average way you would spend your time.

2. Plan 3 must-do things for the day.

What are the 3 things you must accomplish today no matter what?

Write them out and get them done even if it means you do not sleep that day.
