1. Waking Up Before Most People — Just that hour or two of complete silence in the morning, when no one is awake yet, feels amazingly calm.

Better yet when you get something done in that time it gives you more motivation than any other time during the day.

When I started doing this I created day after day of highly motivated work.

2. Writing Daily — Since I started writing daily my entire life has changed.

Only the things you do every day produce massive value at the end of it all; this is how athletes turn pro, how artists become masters, and how writers become best-selling authors.

When I wrote daily I changed from having a Blog with 20 followers to becoming a massive online force!
