The 7 Steps To Turning Your Life Around From Nothing

  1. Think Only Of What You Can Do — There are millions of reasons why you are where you are, thinking about those reasons, about everything you could have done, and about everything you cannot do now. None of that will help you at all, no matter how true it is. So calm down, slow down, and focus on what you can do instead.
  2. Figure Out What You Really Want — Sit down. Block off 30–60 minutes, and start writing down what it is you do want. Leave out how possible or plausible it is and give yourself a chance to wish for everything you ever wanted. PLEASE GIVE THIS A CHANCE! Do not proceed to step 3 unless you did this. If you haven’t done this then stop reading and continue later.
  3. Highlight The Top Emotional Things — After you have written the all the things down highlight the 5 things that make you feel the most excited. No matter how impossible or improbable they are, we are only concerned with feelings at this point. Leave your mind out of this (it will come in later).
  4. Find The Common Denominator — What combines these 5 things? There is something that they all have in common and if you can isolate that one thing you will know why you want what you want. This may be hard to do, but get as close as you can for now. You do not have to find the perfect thing.
