The 8 Best Ways To Improving Every Day

First of all let me say that for you to improve yourself every day you need to commit to this change. This is not something that will take just a week or month. Lasting, noticeable change happens over the course of years. Be prepared for that.

That has to be your first step. If you are not 100% committed to yourself, your own improvement and your future success, then do not keep reading.

But, if you are, then follow these tips to improve yourself as much as you can every day:

  1. Track Your Habits. Creating habits is one thing, but actually tracking them and really seeing the facts and statistics on how good you are doing is a whole different story. When you really track your habits you are able to truly improve on them. Everything else is just guess-work.
  2. Focus On A Maximum Of 3 Things. This may not seem like much, but if you do just 3 things every day for a year, you will have achieved dozens of times more than the average person. Make these 3 things non-negotiable & daily. Every day. No. Matter. What.
  3. Step Out Of Your Comfort Zone. You have to stay uncomfortable! It is not enough to leave your comfort zone once a week for a couple of seconds. Make it a daily habit to do something that is so far out of your reach that it scares you to death! This is how you grow the most…
