  1. They Take Up More Space — Confident people own the space around them. They walk tall and proud, chests out, chin up and look where they are going instead of on the ground. When they sit they sit wide and take up as much space as they can.
  2. They Do Not Ask For Permission — When they talk they do so with 100% certainty, even if they are wrong, and do not ask for permission. They make jokes, assumptions and talk from their own point of view as if they knew everything.
  3. But They Do Ask For Forgiveness — As soon as they realize that they were in the wrong, offended someone, or made another mistake they will be instant in their apology. Confident people know they are not the smartest people on the planet and will apologize, take responsibility and ask for forgiveness wherever it is due. They do not linger on their points and try to prove themselves right as they do not need to be right to be confident.
  4. Confident People Act First — They will be the one to ask questions, to plan events, and to try something new out first. These people do not wait for others to invite them to their plans or to come up to them. If a confident person wants something they go and make it happen.
  5. They Seek Out Challenges — Confident people are always on the search for another challenge, another fear to beat and a new experience…
