The Best Mistake I Ever Made In Life

Life is too short to live it half-heartedly.

If you only ever invest half of your heart into what you can, you will only ever get half of what you want out of it.

In this way, you create a self-fulfilling prophecy that does not allow you to even have a chance at everything you want.

Life is too precious to rob yourself of those chances.

But I still do not blame anyone for holding back, for it is hard to give it your all.

It is hard to love fully, because you can be hurt more than you can bear.

It is hard to invest everything into one path, because if it fails you lose everything you have created.

And it is hard to live each moment like it is your last, because that creates an even more uncertain future.

But for me, it is a mistake I will make again and again and again and again.

The best mistake I have ever made, and the best mistake I keep making, is to give my whole heart in every situation I can.

But it is extremely hard.

I will not sugarcoat it, wearing your heart on your sleeve in every situation means that anyone can stab through your heart in a moment.
