The Best Question to Truly Get to Know Someone
Question: What is the best challenge in your life right now?
(More specifically: Why is your current, best, challenge what it is?)
Many people will default to trying to answer that they either have no challenges, or give you some platitude on a very generic challenge (such as money).
Those that say they have no challenges might be right, but if so, then they are not trying to get anything more from life.
Without challenges, or things to overcome, there is no fluctuation in life and it remains the same.
Eventually, this will always create regret, boredom or apathy towards life.
That being said, those that say they have no challenges are people who are not investing in their own life.
This may be due to them having conquered enough forced challenges recently, but are generally people that lead unexciting lives.
On the other hand, those that give you a generic challenge are often those that feel they are victims to the challenges of life.
Financial challenges, relationship challenges, friends, career, or even their health.
Many that say they have these kinds of challenges feel life happens to them and they hold no action in it.
