The Best Skill To Master & How To Do It In 30 Days
Scheduling
I know, does not sound that cool at first, but it does open the door to way more skills down the line.
Think about this:
How much time are you currently spending on things every week?
Assuming 8 hours of sleep a day, 3 hours for bathroom breaks and eating, 8 hours of work 5 days a week plus 1 hour commute on average, and then 2 hours for hobbies, sports or movies a day, we come to a total of 136 Hours.
With a week having 168 hours that means there 32 hours each week that are unaccounted for.
Over the course of the year that is 1664 hours.
At minimum wage that sums up to over $12000 a year extra.
That is what scheduling your time can do for you.
Now, of course the time is going somewhere, and of course you do not have to work with it, but the point is that all of this time is currently wasted.
Get that time back by learning how to schedule your time effectively!
So, how do you master this in 1 months time?
We will break this down into 3 different segments: Observing, Planning, Executing.
