The Best Things I Removed From My Life
Over the last 10 years I removed a lot of negative things from my life.
I stopped engaging with many “friends” that only seemed to bring me down, avoided the News and Conversations about topics that lead to nothing and stopped being so passive with my life, which lead to many mistakes in my actions.
All of these helped improve my life tremendously and I had to think quite a bit about how to best talk about what the best thing was that I removed.
Overall, however, I would say: Negativity.
Now, that is way too broad, I know, so let me clarify this a bit.
In my opinion there are 3 Main sources of Negativity in Life. The first are Negative People, the second Negative Conversations/Topics and the third Negative Actions.
#1 Negative People.
Negative People are not those that are complaining, nor those that have a hard life or that angry, everybody has the right to complain, has a hard life sometimes and gets angry; that’s fine.
What is not fine, and where most of the negative energy comes from, is when people only do this.
Those that complain about every little thing and cannot find just one good thing in life without adding a conditional clause to it. Those that watch life pass…
