The best way I have learned to overcome procrastination is to get busy.

Now, a lot of people are busy but that does not mean they are getting busy. The difference is that getting busy means you decided it on your own vs. someone or something putting the pressure on you.

For example, you may say you are busy when you have a lot of projects at work, but they are not something you decided upon doing, meaning this wasn’t you getting busy but rather being forced to be busy.

The best way to then stop procrastination is to get busy by your own volition.

You have to be the one that picks the tasks to do, that schedules them and that does them.

When you do this you are actively taking control of your life instead of passively trying to deal with it.

And the difference will be huge!

To put this in more practical terms so you can use it, it means running your day as best as you can instead of having it run you. A few key points for this are:

  1. Filling your schedule to the brim — Do not leave any white or empty spaces and find something to do…
