The Brain Hack That Conquers All Fears & Worries
One of the best brain hacks ever was taught to me by my friend that eliminated all my worries, complaints and fears almost instantly.
This hack is something very simple to do and amazingly effective, although it is not an everlasting solution.
When we think about our problems, think about the worries, complaints and fears, we think of them as gigantic monsters in our lives.
Sometimes these monsters show up randomly, other times they show up right on time, are very calculated, or come at the most inopportune moments.
And every time they do show up we just look up at them in fear…
