The Knowledge Gap Between Successful & Not Successful Businesses
The people that have built successful businesses know what the most important factor of their business is.
Entrepreneurs that just start out have no idea and try to make the best out of a general idea without a core concept.
They focus on the color of the product, it’s design, and still believe the “customer is always right”.
They try everything in their power to make the customer happy and will walk through the fire for them.
And while this seems great at first, know that most people do not know what they want, and that you are not serving everyone, nor should you try to.
Imagine, for example, if Starbucks did that.
Imagine if Starbucks treated every customer like they were always right and bowed to every whim of every customer.
The Menus would consist of 1000+ different types of coffee, all at ridiculously low prices, with some combinations that probably take a ton more effort to make than they actually sold for.
Think about the effort in marketing all these products alone, not to mention obtaining the ingredients, and training every employee.
