The Motivation Of A Life Coach — Why I Do What I Do

People suffer all over the world.

Sexism, Racism, Cruelty, War, Rape, Abuse, Violence, Misfortune, Natural Disasters, and so on and so forth.

The amount of suffering all over the world is crazy, and it is too much for any one person to handle.

We all can only fight a certain number of fights and my primary motivation has been the fight I chose to take on.

For while people suffer so much with any one of the things mentioned above, everybody suffers from themselves.

We all have dreams, aspirations, goals and ideas on how to live our lives the best way but often get in our own way.

Most of the time it is not the world but ourselves that limits us.

We think we cannot do something, worry we are bound to fail, create self-fulfilling prophecies of misfortune and use confirmation bias to keep belittling ourselves in how worthless we are.

And while this suffering is not nearly of the same magnitude as any of the above, the slow and constant pressure we give ourselves is like a virus that can end up being just as bad if not worse.

People suffer so much in their own heads that many choose to end their lives over living in their heads for even one more day.
