  1. Determination — You will have to struggle along the way to success and sacrifice a lot. Without the Determination to see things through and to persist you will not succeed.
  2. Discipline — Every day” is what wins life. Do the work every day, exercise every day, eat healthy every day, love every day, improve every day, grind every day, and enjoy every day.
  3. Bounciness — Spending time to accept your losses and to mourn is totally fine, but the better you know yourself the faster you will bounce back into life. Life will move on with or without you. If you wait too long it will pass you by.
  4. Desire/Dissatisfaction — Demand more from yourself and out of life. Not because you need it but because you only have this one life, so you should strive for everything you want. Allow your desire to fuel you and to push you.
  5. A Bigger Picture — When we keep our eyes on the bigger picture we will always act with our best interests in mind. This makes it easy to sacrifice the less important things, easy to determine where our time should flow, and easy to understand who we are and how to get the most out of our lives.
  6. Health — Without a fit body and a healthy mind your energy will be limited. Remember that when it comes to anything in life, it is always a collection of different…
