The list of “keys to success” is as long as the list of people that reached success, for every successful person has something different that they claim made them successful.
Yet, amongst all of them there are still similarities, and while some are talked about everywhere, other similarities are not.
One of the biggest and most determining factors of success is such a hidden key.
This is a key that many successful people don’t second guess and just assume is there, while many people that are still on the journey towards their success hide.
Neither side talks about this and neither knows about the other side, but without this key success becomes impossible to achieve.
This “key” is Honesty.
Not honesty with other people, that’s up to you to decide, but rather honesty with yourself.
There are plenty of successful people that lie and cheat and still make it, but very few that pretend and lie to themselves.
The people that honestly look at their work and identify the problems regardless of how they feel about them are the ones that succeed.
