Things You Will Miss After College

  • Low Responsibilities — Your life is still on a track, something you lose after college. Sure, you get a job but are on your own as to where to progress your life. Progress is what makes us feel alive, and, up until the end of college, that part we never had to take responsibility for.
  • Support — Discounted Tickets, Financial Aid (in certain cases), Social Acceptance, and even certain handouts were all very nice things, and all things that disappear when you are not officially a student anymore.
  • Friends — Having dozens, if not hundreds or thousands, of people of a similar age with similar interests, makes it easy to develop friendships and social circles. Keeping this up after college is harder, as everyone goes everywhere, and making friends thereafter is something that does not come as freely.
  • Events — Similarly to the friends you can make, there will always be something going on in college. House parties, Get-togethers, and all sorts of parties and events make it easy to be outgoing and experience a lot, something you will have to seek out yourself and push yourself to go to later.
  • Not Having To Be An Adult — As mentioned in the support point above, as a college student you still have the excuse that you are not an adult yet. With that you are more free to make mistakes or not know how certain parts of the…
